Locking Assembly is a new type of connection. It relies on tightening high-strength bolts to generate positive pressure between the Locking assembly and the shaft or between the housing surface, which is accompanied by friction and a keyless connection device that realizes load transmission.

It has many unique advantages and characteristics compared with the traditional mechanical connection method of general interference without bond and bond:

4. When the expansion coupling sleeve is installed in the axial direction, it can easily adjust the required position size of the axial direction and the relative position of the parts without any axial fixation.

5. Simple to manufacture and install. The shafts and holes for installing the Locking Assembly do not require high-precision manufacturing tolerances like an interference fit, and there is no need to heat, cool or use pressurized equipment to install the Locking Assembly, just tighten the screws to the specified torque value.
