Products Features
The main structure of serpentine spring coupling is composed of two half couplings, two half covers, two sealing rings and serpentine spring sheets. It transmits torque by inserting the serpentine spring into the teeth of the two half couplings, and the coupling inserts the serpentine spring into the teeth of the two half couplings to realize the link between the driving shaft and the driven shaft.

Product Appliaction
1. JS serpentine spring coupling is applicable to the medium and high-power transmission shaft system connecting two coaxial lines. It has certain compensation for the relative offset of the two shafts, vibration reduction and cushioning performance. The working temperature is - 30 ℃ ~ + 150 ℃, and the transmission nominal torque is 45 ~ 800000n m.
2. JS serpentine spring coupling is mainly used in crusher, crank reciprocating motion, reducer, metallurgy, mining, hoisting machinery, etc.
3. JS type serpentine spring coupling is used for shaft transmission of other machines and equipment. It can be used where there is a motor connected with the operator, a motor connected with the reducer or a shaft connected with the shaft
