Production introduction

Type CK-D and B200 is a sprag type freewheel non-bearing and non-inner ring supported. Nominal diadirection dismeter is

a standard ball bearings

dimension. One way sprag clutch bearingsare required to support axial and radial loads. Units are delivered grease Iubricated.

The outer race is keyed to the housing,because sprag contact to the shatf,the shaft need hardness HRC5660 and tolerance h7.

This series extensive used in machinery system of conveyer, hosting, packing, printing,paper making, weaving, chemical, medical,

food and so on.

CK-D and B200 series are wedge-type one-way clutches without inner ring and without bearing support. Radial dimensions are the same as standard bearing dimensions. When used, it needs to be installed with bearings to ensure the concentricity of the shaft and the outer ring of the clutch, and bear the axial and radial loads. Need to add lubricating grease when using. Among them, CK-D is the metric series, and B200 is the inch series.
The outer ring and the machine wall are installed with a keyway. The wedge is directly matched with the installation shaft, the installation shaft tolerance is h7, the cylindricity is 0.01mm, and the hardness is HRC56～60.
This series is often used in packaging machines, bag making machines, corrugated paper production lines, reducers, elevators and other mechanical equipment
