CKZ-C Wedge type One Way Clutch Bearing For Packing And Conveyer

Production introduction

CKZ-C series is a wedge type one-way clutch, which contains two sets of ball bearing supports. According to different needs, the factory contains lubricating oil or grease.

The inner ring and the shaft, the outer ring and the workpiece are connected by keys, and the workpiece is clamped by the end caps.
Commonly used in textile, chemical, food, packaging, printing and other mechanical equipment. Used as an overrunning or positioning feed clutch

Types CKZ-F are sprag type freewheels self-contained, sealed and bearing supported, using two ball bearings.

Units are delivered oil or grease lubricated according to the type. It is a Formsprag USA design that uses tall sprags with multi-radius active surfaces. Designed specially for large size freewheels to compensate for any eccentricity due to bearing wear.
We can supply any bore size between the minimum and maximum specified in the table, including imperial sizes.
