    Production introduction


    Type CKZ-Fis not contact sprag type freewheels, bearing supported,only the inner race is designed for overruning,units are delivered grease lubricated.

    The inner race is keyed to the shaft, the outer race has positive h7 tolerance to give a press fit in housing to H7 and it is screwed to the bond.

    This type mating creeper gear used in machinery of packing ,traffic,metallurgy,mine and so on,primarily designed as a backstop,oner running clutch in crawl drives.


    Type CKZ is a wedge-type overrunning clutch (backstop) with two sets of bearing supports. It is suitable for the limit speed of 600-1500r/min, the commonly used nominal torque is: 180-8000N.m, and the maximum torque has been produced with a backstop of 70000N.m. Commonly used in packaging machines, hoisting and transporting machinery, metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, cement machinery, power stations, etc., also known as backstops, widely replacing the MG600 and MG700 backstops of the MG series in the United States in China
